Terms and Conditions:  All attractions and schedules at Waldrep, Stewart & Kendrick City Stages presented by Lanny Vines & Associates are produced by the Birmingham Cultural & Heritage Foundation, Inc, a non-profit Foundation, and are subject to change without notice. 

All performances are rain or shine.  No refund of admission fee will be made in the event of cancellation of events.  Patrons may not bring coolers or food products onto the Festival grounds. 

Possession of firearms, knives or other weapons (other than by authorized City Stages personnel or public law enforcement officials) or of fireworks is strictly prohibited on the festival site.  Sound recording or videography of all City Stages acts is expressly prohibited.  Photography of some festival acts may be prohibited by contract.  Pets (except assistance animals), skateboards, bicycles, roller skates and rollerblades are prohibited unless required by a scheduled, officially-sanctioned activity of the Festival.  City Stages reserves the right to remove from the Festival grounds anyone violating its regulations or public law or assisting others in doing so. 

Use of this ticket shall constitute agreement with the terms and conditions stated herein as well as any additional regulations of City Stages.  By using this ticket, and as additional consideration for allowing access to the festival site, user agrees that he and any children accompanying him may be photographed while on or near the festival site.  User further consents to the publication, without compensation, of any such photographs by City Stages at its sole discretion for promotional and/or advertising purposes of any kind. 

This ticket may not be used for any promotional purpose without the express written consent of the Foundation.  City Stages reserves the right to refuse admission to any person wearing or displaying any promotional or offensive message.  Use of the Festival site for any promotional or commercial purpose without advance written consent of City Stages is strictly prohibited.  Use of the Festival trademark or logos for any purpose without written consent is prohibited.  The Birmingham Cultural & Heritage Foundation does not maintain and is not responsible for the condition of any publicly owned or privately owned buildings, facilities, or grounds within or adjacent to the Festival site.  Copyright 2006, Birmingham Cultural & Heritage Foundation, Inc.
